Premium Customer Service

BuyItLive is well-known for our excellent customer service and response rate. We’re dedicated to helping you truly take advantage of everything BuyItLive has to offer and our Premium Customer Service, one of many BuyItLive features, is intended to do just that.

Availability 

Our availability on Facebook messenger to all customers is from 12:00pm – 9:00pm MT M-F and 5:00pm – 9:00pm MT Sat. Those who sign up for BuyItLive Professional receive priority support during our open hours. We don’t hold office hours on Sundays.

If a problem arises outside of those hours, everyone has access to our self-help articles and tutorial videos on YouTube.

Once you upgrade to BuyItLive Professional, you’re considered top-level priority to our team. When you message us, we’ll respond to your message before any others. You will be entitled to our full attention. You’ll be able to get the help you need when you need it!

  • 1 Live Sale Assessment – You can choose any member of the BuyItLive team to review/assess one of your past live sales and they’ll give you feedback and tips on ways you can improve.
  • Shopper Assistance – We will be available to respond to any of the messages your customers send our way to ensure their shopping experience is simple and seamless
  • Video conferences where needed – This is how you can receive step-by-step walkthroughs, training, and face-to-face conferencing

In order to have a team member supporting your first live sale, you’ll need to message us during our hours to schedule your sale.

What Does this Mean For Starter Sellers?

Because we’re a small company and growing quickly, our team members are responsible for a lot of different tasks. Our Customer Advocate Team, responsible for responding to your messages over Facebook, does more than just customer service. As we continue growing, our team will be busy improving BuyItLive and may be less responsive over messenger. We will still do our best to respond to all messages, but they won’t take priority over other tasks unless you’ve upgraded to BuyItLive Professional.

If you’re interested in signing up for Premium Customer Service, send us a messageYou can choose between a monthly and a yearly purchase option.  In addition to Premium Customer Service, BuyItLive Professional comes with several other premium features including Sezzle & Square Payments, Advanced Cart features, Loyalty Rewards, TeamPlay, and Get Scored Social Engagement.
