Hundreds of websites have integrated with Sezzle to make online payments almost as simple as they are affordable and fun. Sezzle is an available payment option for BuyItLive Professional sellers.
Setup on BuyItLive Professional Store
To use your business Sezzle account with your BuyItLive store, you’ll need to connect your Public and Private Key. We’ll go through the steps for this below.
If you haven’t gone through the Sezzle application process, learn how to here.
- Sign in to your Sezzle account
- Navigate to your Software API Keys
- Select the button to “Create API Key”
- Open a new tab and access your “Sezzle Payments” page from the Tools menu on BuyItLive
- Copy and paste the Public Key and Private Key from Sezzle into BuyItLive. Be sure to save the setting!
- Open your BuyItLive Cart Settings and toggle Sezzle on. Again, be sure to save your settings and you should be all set to begin accepting payments with Sezzle.
Using Sezzle
After you’ve connected to Sezzle on your store, make sure it’s toggled on in your cart settings before creating a new sale so that your customers can use it. The option will show up in their carts when they’re ready to check out.
If you’re wanting to set a minimum purchase amount for Sezzle transactions, you’ll need to contact Sezzle directly to get it set up.
Once an order has been placed through Sezzle, the order receipt will show the order total rather than the first payment amount. You can log in to your Sezzle account to see more details about any orders placed through Sezzle.
