How does it work?
Set and Achieve Goals
You can set goals for the current and upcoming month. These goals will be visible to all team members and achieved through mutual efforts. Goals can be set for ‘total revenue’, ‘net revenue’, ‘average order amount’, units sold’, ‘target units’, ‘number of orders’, ‘new customers’, ‘all customers’, ‘live sales’, ‘static sales’, ‘engagement score’, and ‘conversion rate’.

Spotlight Sellers
Spotlighting sellers can be motivating! It encourages current active sellers to continue selling and inspires sellers who aren’t actively reaching your team goals to step up their game.
There are some great Spotlight settings to play around with, so don’t be afraid to make each Spotlight as unique as the individuals you’re highlighting!
Expand Your Team
One overarching goal is for your team to be growing! If all is going well, you’ll be needing to add team members quite often. This is why there are no limits on team members you can add. The process is simple and as you invite with a link or via email the growth will be visible for your entire team, another motivation for your sellers to increase performance.
Only the team leader pays for TeamPlay, so don’t stress that anyone will be charged when you invite them to join your team!
