After initially importing your inventory from Shopify, you’re bound to make edits to existing products in Shopify and/or add new products.
Auto-Import Products
An important syncing feature is our ability to automatically add any newly created products in Shopify over to BuyItLive. While this may not happen immediately, it does happen quickly. Refresh your page to see auto-imported items.
It’s important to note that your products will auto-import using the same parameters set in your Shopify settings. If you originally imported inventory by using the SKU as the product code and haven’t changed that setting since, then auto-imported products will also use SKUs as product codes.
If newly created products in Shopify aren’t auto-importing to BuyItLive, you can instantly import them by searching for the name in the product search bar, just be sure you check the “Search Shopify” box.
