Marking an order as a cash payment allows you as the seller to accept payment for an order outside of BuyItLive. This option can simply be used for shoppers who pay with cash, or even for shoppers who prefer to use payment options BuyItLive doesn’t currently offer, such as Venmo, Cashapp, and others.
The cash checkout option on BuyItLive is only available to BuyItLive Professional sellers.
Marking a Cart as “Paying with Cash”
After a customer creates a cart, they can reach out to you (in your sale comments, through Messenger, or whatever option you prefer) asking to check out with cash. There are no steps the shopper needs to take on their end to pay with cash besides entering their cart to connect it to their account.
You can access their cart under your “Active Carts” list (you can search for their name if needed):

Viewing Cash Orders
Once a cart has been marked as paying with cash, inventory levels automatically update to reflect the purchase. You can view cash orders under your “Orders” tab along with the rest of your orders.
After you mark a cash order as “fulfilled,” its status will be changed to “Picked Up!” You won’t be able to refund the order here in BuyItLive since payment was never processed through BuyItLive to begin with.
I’m on the transactional plan. If a customer pays with cash am I still charged a percentage of that sale?
