Billing

Any time you make a subscription payment, we keep a safe record of it. You can view your account charges under your store’s Billing tab.

Viewing Charges

Simply log in to BuyItLive and locate your Billing tab under your store settings. Once there, you’ll be able to see a list of your BuyItLive charges. You can also see the date you signed up, which is the day you will be billed monthly or annually.

If you want to cancel your subscription, simply select the “Cancel” button on the far right side and no future payments will be charged to your account. We do not offer refunds.

Note

If you are on a mobile device, you may need to tilt it and/or scroll to the right in order to see the cancel button.

If you want to subscribe to an additional feature, such as ShopText, just click on the “Growth” button. You can find it in the top right corner of BuyItLive. Once you checkout, the tool will appear on your Billing page. Click on the “Tools” tab to access all of your subscriptions.

Note

You can learn about BuyItLive Starter and BuyItLive Professional anytime.

Packages

You will see a column labeled “Package” if you’ve subscribed to BuyItLive Starter or BuyItLive Professional (or if you have a free trial of either). This will list the features available to you with your current subscription. There are a lot more features that aren’t listed, but we provide a short list of the things that are best to take advantage of.

The renewal day for these features shows “N/A” because they are part of your subscription. You aren’t paying extra for them and they will all renew at the same time.

Changing Your Billing Card

You can change your billing card anytime from the same page.

If you find that there’s been a mistake in the billing process (aka, a duplicate charge, wanting to charge to a different card, etc.), please reach out to us via Facebook messenger.

Free Trials

If you’re currently on a free trial of BuyItLive, you’ll see a message here on your Billing tab indicating as such. It will also let you know when your trial will convert to the paid subscription you’re trying out. If you decide to cancel your trial, you can do so here, but be sure to cancel before your trial is over because there are no refunds once your subscription starts.
