What is Auto-Pay?

You’re checking out and are invited to “Save Auto-Pay Info.”

What does that mean for you? Daily Auto-Pay and Weekly Auto-Pay mean you can pre-authorize your payment and shipping info instead of checking out immediately.

Why Auto-Pay?

After saving your payment and shipping settings with Auto-Pay, you can continue adding items to your cart from that seller all week (or day) and the payment will be processed as one order. Once you’ve pre-authorized, everything in your cart will remain since it’s waiting for payment to be processed. This means no double paying for shipping and no more hassle of expired carts. It also means no one can steal the items you have saved in your cart.

When you add items to your cart after pre-authorizing payment, you’ll see that your Auto-Pay information has been saved. You can leave the page and come back any time before your card is billed.

Note

You will have to pre-authorize your card again once you’ve checked out from the sale if you want to use Auto-Pay on another sale.

FAQs

Why wasn't my Auto-Pay cart processed?

Insufficient Funds

There may be insufficient funds on your card.

Select an Option

If your cart has a product with multiple options, then your Auto-Pay checkout can’t be processed until you’ve selected an option.

How can I checkout now?

If you want to checkout immediately instead of using our Auto-Pay system, you can select that option AFTER submitting your payment and shipping settings as pictured.

How is my card information stored?

If you choose to pre-authorize, your card information is safely stored by Stripe, NOT US.

What's the difference between Daily and Weekly Auto-Pay?

When you pre-authorize your payment and shipping information with daily Auto-Pay, your order will be processed that night at midnight (MST).

When you pre-authorize your payment and shipping information with weekly Auto-Pay, your order is processed Friday at midnight (MST).
