Track Your Order

Below you can find information on tracking an order placed on BuyItLive.

Viewing Past Orders

After an order is placed, we send a receipt to the email address listed under your profile, which is usually the email associated with your Facebook account. A follow-up email is also sent once the seller has marked the order as shipped. It will include a tracking code if provided by the seller.

If you haven’t seen an email from us regarding your order, you can check your profile in BuyItLive. From the profile page, click on “Recent Orders” to see all orders you’ve placed on BuyItLive. Simply click on the order ID to view the order receipt and order status.

Troubleshooting

Not Shipped

It’s been a few days and the order status still shows, “Not Shipped…” What can you do?

Each of our sellers provides an email address to contact them for support. You can find this by going to your profile, selecting “Recent Orders,” and clicking on the order ID for the order in question. The seller’s email address will be in the top right of the order receipt beneath the store name.

No Tracking

Your order shows that it has been shipped, but there was no tracking number provided in the email.

Sometimes a seller doesn’t provide tracking when they update the status of the order. If this happens, you can contact them with the email address found on the order receipt. For more tips on getting direct help, read our article on Contacting the Seller.

    1. Hi Phyllis, you’ll need to contact the seller directly regarding your 2 orders. If you’ve been billed already, the seller most likely just hasn’t shipped them yet.

  2. Ordered and haven’t received my order. I contacted the seller multiple times without response.
