You can stay up to date on your Associate stores and payout from your Associate Dashboard.

Dashboard

From your dashboard you can view your store count, unpaid revenue, total payout, and your unique referral link.

Share the referral link on this page so those who sign up with it are automatically added to your list.

Stores

You can view your sign-ups and their status from the “stores” tab of your associate dashboard.

Sorting

Using the buttons provided, you can view sign-ups by status: whether they be in a 14-day free trial, within a 30-day waiting period, or converted.

Sort each page using the “show all” or “hide cancelled” links.

Adding Discounts

Your commission is automatically set to 30% of what your referred stores pay for any BuyItLive subscription, which includes BuyItLive Starter, BuyItLive Professional, and Master Store.

If you choose, you can edit your commission to offer a discount to your referrals:

Keep in mind, your payout is directly impacted by the discount you offer. That being said, your commission percentage will still be based off of the full subscription cost.

Payouts

You’ll receive payouts on your sign-ups after

1. Their free trial converts
2. They are 30-days past their first payment
3. An admin approves the payout

You can choose to receive your payout through cash or credit. The button highlighted red is the selected option. If you have your own BuyItLive store, then the credit option will automatically apply referral payouts to your own upcoming subscription payments.
